All Saints Chapel located in Tulsa, Oklahoma was a 7,300 square foot project which entailed creating two new additions to the existing chapel in order to create a new main entrance, expanded the sanctuary for increased seating capacity, a new stage, sacristy, and vestments room. Additionally, the project renovated existing spaces in the building to create new ADA compliant public restrooms and a chaplain’s office.

Greater Tulsa Area Realtors was a 29,8344 square foot project which included the renovation of approximately 3,000 sf of the 10,241 sf existing building area and an addition of approximately 7,910 sf.  The addition is to house new classrooms, public restroom, commercial kitchen and a secondary entrance lobby.  The new space will be used for multi-purpose events serving GTAR and the community.  The large classroom is to be designed with moveable sound attenuation partitions to divide the room into two smaller classroom spaces when required.  The project also included a 8,373 sf second floor that was shelled out for future expansion.

Spain Ranch was a 4,800 square foot project which included the design of a single story public events center catering to wedding, wedding receptions, family reunions and other similar type events.  The building design takes on elements of a barn structure with heavy timber construction.  The facility is also equipped with a catering warming kitchen, public restrooms and a bride’s room.  The building is nestled in a valley adjacent to some natural rock formations and a stream creating the perfect environment for special events.  It is surrounded by a significant and mature tree population and other farm implement buildings.   In order to maximize the character of the building, the parking serving the facility is remote with a meandering walking path connected to the building.

Reported to be the largest outdoor bar in Oklahoma with 2,000 sf under roof, the new ONEOK Stadium facility has been a big hit for the ballpark staff and fans.  The bar is located directly under the large scoreboard in center field and is designed to serve the public and private parties simultaneously.  The bar features over 120 linear ft of bar stool seating and a designated serving area for private party dining events. The angled roof canopies are designed to enhance the view of the park and the Tulsa skyline, but more importantly to maximize visibility of the action on the field.
